| 22.50 ml | Lemon Juice | 
| 15 ml | Honey Syrup* |

- Honeycomb or Lemon Twist
- Instructions
- 
              *To make honey syrup, add 2 parts honey and 1 part water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. 
 
        STEP ONE
Add liquid ingredients to a shaker tin with ice going in last.
STEP TWO
Shake for dilution.
STEP 3
Pour into a coupe glass.
STEP 4
Garnish with honeycomb or a lemon twist.
