| 45 ml | Pineapple Juice |
| 20 ml | Lime Juice |
| 15 ml | Agave Syrup |
| .50 | Seeded Jalapeño |

Muddle seeded jalapeño in shaker, then add all liquid ingredients. Add ice then shake for dilution. Fine strain the cocktail onto a new glass with ice. Garnish and serve.
