In a glass, lightly press blackberries and muddle mint leaves with honey syrup. Add SirDavis Whisky then crushed ice. Use a barspoon to lift and mix ingredients with ice. Stir until the glass is frosted or chilled on the outside. Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome, and garnish with a mint sprig and fresh blackberries.
*To make honey syrup, add 2 parts honey and 1 part water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
